Returns Policy

A. CANCELLATIONS:
– Cancellations of order can be done before initiation of it’s shipping process.
– After initiation of shipping process, the ordered product can be requested for return / exchange.
– The order amount if paid will be returned to the same source from which it was paid within 3-7 days of successful cancellation.

B. RETURN / EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT PROCESS:
– A return / exchange can be requested within 7 days of order delivery date.
– To be eligible for it, your item must be Unused with all the Tags and Original packaging Intact and in the same condition that you received it in.
– For submiting return/exchange request and for verification purposes you need to send an email along with a picture of the product at jerseyshopconnect@gmail.com or Whatsapp Chat Number +91 93214 06585

You will then have to self ship the product back to us at your own cost.

C. REFUND PROCESS:
– After the items is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be given back to either of your requested mode of payment, within 3-7 business days.

– In case customer refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting the bank transaction charges i.e 4% of order cost and shipping charges incurred.

D. REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE PROCESS:
– In case replacement is claimed due to any defects or damage then after the item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement of the same item.

– In case Exchange is claimed due to reasons as given below in Point No. E, then after the items is received and inspected, we will send an exchange for the item.

E. RETURN / EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS:

– Return / Exchange / Replacement Period – Within 7 days of delivery date.

– Returns / Exchanges / Replacement are allowed for the following reasons ONLY:
(i) Manufacturing defects / Damaged Product
(ii) Wrong product delivery
(iii) Size related issues

– Returns / Exchanges / Replacement NOT allowed for the following reasons :
(i) Do not require it any more
(ii) Did not liked the design/colour/quality etc
(iii) Any other issues

F. OTHER RETURN RELATED POLICIES:
– The return / exchange policy of any particular product can be amended at any time without any prior notice.
– Any type of additional or exceptional return / exchange processing charges may be charged/adjusted from the customer on case to case basis.
– Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance/Flash/Festive Sale items or Specially discounted items cannot be refunded or Exchanged for another product.
– Customized product or Made to order products are not eligible for return / exchange.
– The final right of decision of whether a case is eligible for return / exchange is solely with us (Jerseyshop)
